Noel Clarke
I am a mature, confident person who enjoys mentoring and coaching in several different formats to both adults and children. I enjoy one-to one mentoring and teaching in a classroom environment. During my years as a trainer I have aimed to make learning as easy and enjoyable as possible.

I derive great pleasure from knowing that I have helped others to learn something new and feel more confident about themselves and their abilities. I am a fast learner and pick up new technologies and concepts rapidly and am able to effectively apply new knowledge in any work environment.

I have worked for leading Microsoft Gold Partner Training Suppliers, New Horizons CLC(UK) and Parity Training.
As an Associate Trainer I have supplied training for several national companies including QA, Systematix, The Knowldege Academy, Activia Training & Redtray.
 

My work & training experience includes:

Working with Mitchell & Butler Plc. as part of their migration team.

Creating & delivering courseware relating to the use of Thesis creation & Reference database software for Aston University.
This included the creation of a User Guide and exercise files.

Re-designing a Business Intelligence & Data Analysis Using Excel course that I have delivered to The Environment Agency & Her Majesty Revenue & Customs. (HMRC)

Designing a Database Using Microsoft Access (incorporating use of SQL & VBA), delivered to HMRC.

Creating and Delivering Excel Financial Functions & VBA Training to Lehman Brothers Associates

Delivering Crystal Reports training to Bank of New York associates.

Creating & delivering database training for Birmingham City Council.

Visiting Client sites to assess training requirements, and then creating relevant workshops in Excel, Word & PowerPoint for SP Group.

Conducting one to one training for delegates on any aspect of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook as required by the individual for Accident Xchange & Bromsgrove District Council.

Designing and delivering  Excel Dashboard training to Horzon Platforms.

Delivering training to and assisting members of a corporate team at Aldi HQ to create an Access database. This included the creation of several pdf forms (having to learn JavaScript to code several form fields) from which the data had to be imported into the database. This involved quickly adapting changes required to the database by senior management.

Since 2017 I have delivered training on developing Business Intelligence reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI & Power BI Desktop.

I have delivered training on this subject matter as 1, 2 and 3 day course dependant on client needs. The training has been delivered to clients in both the corporate and public sectors.
